Job Description
s
- Ability to manage a team of QC inspectors and QA Personnel.
- Oversee the entire production capabilities of the organization with regards to Quality Control
- Preparation of project specific documentation like WPS/ PQR, procedures, welder qualification etc
- Planning work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
- Communicate the project quality plan, targets, procedures and protocols to all construction personnel.
- Develop, set and implement the construction quality objectives and targets.
- Develop and conduct trainings on quality compliance.
- Assists PM in preparing monthly report.
- To ensure proper record keeping of all QA/QC documents (i.e. inspections records, reports, authority documents etc.)
- 10 years experience in oil & Gas industry preferred
- willing to work in Jurong Island
- Knowledge of QC standards, procedures, and processes
