Quality Assurance (Ang Mo Kio, Maternity cover 9 months)Summary:Responsible for managing all aspects of the Quality department. Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company quality inspection and product release programs for incoming, in-process materials/components and finished goods products line (Adhesive).
• Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate, and agree to comprehensive quality procedures.
• Supervise subordinates in the process of quality tests and checks.
• Ensure all internal and external complaints about product quality are resolved in a timely and complete manner.
• Ensure supplier management programs comply with established quality procedures.
• Perform/ monitor stability program for new products and transfer products.
• Ensure necessary QC support for the NPI and NPT process and provide quality decisions for various stages of the NPD cycle.
• Support and manage shelf-life extension programs for raw materials as per policy
• Champion data-driven decisions to achieve cost reduction, problem solutions, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Support and troubleshoot necessary QC equipment such as HPLC, DSC, UV spectrophotometer and conduct related training as required to maintain plant production and testing operations.
• Manage the team to develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to ensure the Company\'s Quality System and Policies are compliant with quality system requirement.
• Consult with customer\'s auditors and ensure that correction actions are executed and in compliance with the customer\'s specifications.
• Conducting internal system audit/ process audit and ensure that correction actions are executed and in compliance with customer\'s specifications.
• Perform other duties as specified by the management.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Diploma in material science, chemical engineering, or other relevant discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience preferably in a chemical, medical, Pharma, and electronics environment.
• Familiar with RCA tools (FMEA, Cause and Effect, and Fishbone Diagram)
• Demonstrated experience in ISO 9001/ ISO13485/ IATF 16949 and other related quality

management systems.

• Meticulous and thorough in Quality inspection procedures.
• Able to work independently with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
