Quality Assurance Controller (5 days / Food hygiene practices / HACCP & ISO 22000)

Job Scope:

Report to Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Work closely with Production department on the checking and verification process, ensuring compliance to HACCP and ISO 22000 Quality Systems or FSSC.
Carry out schedule ISO, HACCP and Halal certification, SFA Inspection and audit programme.
Conduct internal training on food hygiene practices for production and office personnel.
Provide and update information on food safety regulation to Production and Operations Department.
Conduct regular supplier audits and inspections on supplied raw materials.
Organize and coordinate the activities of Quality team around implementation of quality and food safety programs and standards.
Maintain the long-term continuity of production and service quality standards.
