Job Description

• Carry out daily inspection and check for all quality related procedures assigned by Group Leader and ensures that activities performed are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Coordinate with QA GL, Quality personnel and other support group on technical matters pertaining resolution of non-conformance and improvement of quality, yield and productivity.
• Take care of QA documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and process instruction/observations and other QA documents.
• Assist in technical sustaining activities in the operation especially during qualification of proto-type model.
• Conduct failure analysis on non-conforming process or product and initiate corrective or preventive actions in order to prevent re-occurrence of the failure.
• Ensure all measuring instruments are 100% operational with the help from the engineering / technical group and report to GL if abnormality occurs.
• Record and monitor all instrument downtime and constant coordination with engineering / technical group.
• Perform the evaluation and qualification of material, process and machine.
• Train and update inspector's knowledge to utilize their skills in order to make them flexible regarding QA works.
• Responsible for 5S implementation at all times.
• Participate in Internal Company Audit.
• Apply good manufacturing practice and observe that it is being adhered to.
• Perform other job-related duties that may be requested by immediate superior from time to time.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
