Job Description
Plan and execute SPC (Statistical Process Control) management
Support process stability and capability improvements, ensuring successful handling of customer audits
Conduct SPC system integration and enhancement
Take a leading role or actively participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement of the quality system and/or optimization of daily tasks
Perform other assignments as directed by the manager, such as cross-site activities, coaching junior team members, etc
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analysis, Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, or other engineering-related fields Minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering field Candidates with more than 5 years of semiconductor process/quality/integration experience will be considered for a senior role Strong skills in project management, communication, and negotiation * Basic coding skills, such as Excel Macro, Python, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and automation
