Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards Requirements Min GCE O level or Diploma in QA Experience in Precision Engineering parts, preferably knowledge of Semi Conductor requirements Good in recording, filing and communicate with customers Skills: A keen eye for detail Communication skills Computer literacy Database management The ability to closely follow quality standards Decision-making skills Problem analysis and solving Planning and organizing
