Responsibilities

Provide support with the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System
To do investigations based on feedbacks and complaints from customers and ensure Corrective Actions and Preventive Action (CAPA) completion to resolve food safety or quality issues.
Provide food safety-related trainings for the staff.
Perform and facilitate internal and external audits.
To promote \xe2\x80\x9cFood Safety\xe2\x80\x9d culture within the company.
Involve in regulatory inspections
Perform other ad-hoc duties and project as assigned.
