Quality Assurance Executive (food Manufacturing)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out scheduled inspection and internal audit around kitchen facilities to ensure it complies with food safety regulations and quality requirements.
- Conduct personal hygiene on every staff and perform hand swab if required.
- Coordinate with professional laboratory to carry out various tests and compile test results.
- Prepare report and compile data on QA status for review.
- Implement plans and procedures for testing product quality.
- Conduct investigations for unsatisfactory test results and recommend corrective action to be taken.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- With related experience in Food Manufacturing Industry preferred
- Possess valid class 3 driving license and willing to travel island-wide
