Plan and carry out scheduled inspection and internal audit around kitchen facilities to ensure it complies with food safety regulations and quality requirements.
Conduct personal hygiene on every staff and perform hand swab if required.
Coordinate with professional laboratory to carry out various tests and compile test results.
Prepare report and compile data on QA status for review.
Implement plans and procedures for testing product quality.
Conduct investigations for unsatisfactory test results and recommend corrective action to be taken.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
With related experience in Food Manufacturing Industry preferred
Possess valid class 3 driving license and willing to travel island-wide
