Job Description
Responsibilities * Assist in guiding production team in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement in production areas * Develop, review and update food safety management system Responsibilities Assist in guiding production team in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement in production areas Develop, review and update food safety management system (eg. ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HALAL certification and audits Attend to Complaints/Customer visits/Customer and Regulatory audits Validation of new process step. Change of ingredients/chemicals/materials Work with production teams to establish procedures, standards, systems Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues Work with R&D and Production team to ensure smooth execution of new products develop to mass production Requirements Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent At least 2 years experience as QA / QC Relevant experience in food manufacturing sector will be an added advantage Understanding of FSSC / ISO22000 / Halal requirement is added advantage Positive working attitude with good adaptability Send your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT]
