Job Description

s:

1. Maintain & improve Quality Management System. 2. Document controller for Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Specification, Work Instructions, Forms, Charts, Records & Quality Reports. 3. Ensure compliance of GMP, PIC/s, ICH, ASEAN Guidelines, FDA & other regulatory requirements. 4. Prepare Product Quality Review Report & Management Review Report annually. 5. Participate in the assessment & follow up change controls. 6. Process deviation, investigation & follow up CAPA implementation for closure. 7. Involve in internal audit, external audit, supplier audit & follow-up rectification actions. 8. Handling quality issues in manufacturing operations. 9. Liaise with supplier for material defect. 10. Handling customer complaint, recall, return & counterfeit. 11. Control artwork & drawing for packaging materials. 12. Ensure machine test, trial run, qualification & validation meeting compliances. 13. Monitor accelerated & real time stability program. 14. Review & release incoming material during the absence of QC Manager 15. Conduct GMP Training in factory & document change training for respective H.O.D. 16. Ensure Good Documentation Practices & traceability in place.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma in Pharmaceutical, Bioscience, Chemical or related courses. 2. Minimum 2 years of working experiences in GMP & ISO 3. Bilingual in Chinese & English, able to communicate in Mandarin with the Suppliers in China. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office 5. Positive working attitude
