Job Description

Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Head (Package 1) shall take lead and manage the QAQC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements. He is to establish and update procedures and quality standards and monitor the overall operations against the agreed standards.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material, Construction Management or equivalent field
• Registered and Licensed Engineer
• At least of 20 years' professional experience with, preferably 10 experience in the Quality Assurance Field, Quality Inspection, Auditing and Testing Experience.
• Experience with the implementation of QA/QC Management System and control.
• Experience in lead, managerial or supervising roles respective to QA/QC.
• Experience in airport and/or heavy infrastructure Projects would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
• Familiar with statistical method reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with QA/QC processes, controls, procedures, standards, and deliverables for the construction projects.
• Familiar with internal and external audits, processes of requirements.
• Good knowledge in local and international building laws, and codes, industry standards and best practices.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good coordination skills and a team player.
• Good people management and collaboration skills.
• Independent discretion, judgement and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving-skills
• Certification in any of the following: Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Open to both local and foreign candidates who must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City and in Project Site.
