Job Description
Paris Baguette Singapore is seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Quality Assurance department. The internship will offer a unique opportunity gain hands-on experience to support Food Safety Team in quality system implementation. The intern will work closely with Quality Assurance lead who has a strong background in Food Safety and Standards. The intern will collaborate directly with her to conduct actionable routine inspections that ensure operational efficiency.
- Support Food Safety Team in quality system implementation
- Assist in routine inspection at central kitchen & outlets
- Assist in CAPA report generating
- Support in internal food safety audits
- Observe & enforce GMPs on the center kitchen & outlets
- Monitor & maintain the 'Checklist' file
- Assist in food safety complaints investigation
- Conduct quality checking on raw materials, packaging materials & finished products
- Develop production/food quality SOP if any
- Assist in internal safety training sessions
- Assist in hygiene swabs and microbiological testing on a monthly basis
- Assist in coordinating with the external pest control service provider and chemical service provider.
- Support all daily activities related to food quality, food safety, sanitation, legality of all food products.
- Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety duties as required
- Execute any other duties assigned
