Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting shelf-life testing and reviewing test result Coordinate sample preparation and retention for laboratory testing Help monitor and update SOPs for QA procedures and documentation Participate in internal audits and hygiene inspections for Central Kitchen and Vending machine Support root cause analysis and corrective action for non-conformances

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate Food science, Food Technology background Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Familiarity with food safety standards (eg.HACCP, GMP) Comfortable working in a central kitchen and QA environment
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
