Quality Assurance Lead
Job Description
: The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for the overall system, platform, application and integration quality; drives process improvement within the Quality Assurance team and ensure that each member is aligned with the organization’s defined quality assurance standards, policies and procedures. Mentors, coaches and manages a team of Quality Assurance Engineers; ensures that the team is geared and well equipped to perform their tasks. Coordinates and collaborates with technical project delivery teams to ensure that all required deliverables are implemented within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least eight (8) years of software quality assurance testing experiences with at least three (3) years relevant work experience in the capacity of Senior QA lead
- Thorough knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, performance testing and automated is required.
- Experience in software testing in various platforms such as Web and Mobile.
- Use of Test Management Tools such as JIRA, Redmine or Azure Devops.
- Familiar with the following protocols HTTP/HTTPS and SOAP/Rest Web Services. Familiarity with the response format such as JSON and XML.
