Quality Assurance Manager (precision Engineering) ($5000 $7500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies programs for the company.
- Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
- Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
- Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.
- Work closely with auditors, customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
- Manage sub-contractors for on-time supply of treatment process, as well as meeting technical requirement.
- Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer\xe2\x80\x99s surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
- Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established and implemented.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge or experience in quality management standards and practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
