Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA)

Our client is an international meat supplier, who breeds and supplies their own brand cattle. They specialize in the wholesale distribution of premium-quality meats sourced from around the globe, with a primary focus on North America and Japan. Their commitment to excellence extends beyond their own restaurants, as they also serve as the trusted meat wholesaler for numerous F&B partners across the industry.

:
- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive QA processes and SOPs for all stages of meat processing, including receiving, storage, production, and distribution.- Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations related to meat processing and food safety. Ensure the company\'s compliance with all relevant standards.- Work together with QC team to ensure product quality and safety.- Develop and maintain a supplier quality assurance program, including the evaluation of raw materials and ingredients.- Train and educate employees on QA processes, food safety protocols, and best practices.- Establish and maintain a document control system to manage SOPs, records, and reports related to QA activities.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and optimize product quality and safety.

Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of QA experience in food manufacturing/ processing industry. - Ability to develop and implement QA processes and SOPs from scratch.- Knowledge in HACCP, Food Safety and Quality management, FSSC is preferred.- Must be comfortable to work with meat and pork.- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective leadership and team management abilities.

Compensation:
- Working location: Buroh Lane- Working hours: Mon to Fri (8am - 5pm), Sat (8am - 12pm)- Fixed transport allowance- AWS- Career growth opportunities (local & oversea)
