Benefits:

• Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Duties:

• Address to internal works and process non-conformances for ISO and GMP.
• Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis,
• Resolve problems; corrective and preventive action.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure problems are resolved effectively.
• Report preparation, support the overall productivity KPIs, and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
