Inspect and audit the quality of installed infrastructure, racks, power, grounding/bonding, fiber, cables and labelling to ensure that the qualify of workmanship is consistent with or exceeds established Infinera, telecommunications and customer standards and practices. . Ensure that once a deployment is complete, the final as built documents will be in accordance with the Infinera quality guidelines, using the Quality Audit template which includes site photos. . Provide timely, accurate reports to customer detailing all defects and include plans to remedy such defects . Evaluate the specific aspects of the installer's work and document those evaluations to ensure compliance with the roles and responsibilities outlined in this document. . Responsible to providing a complete QA assessment statistic for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) We are looking for: . Relevant Diploma or equivalent . Minimum 3 years working experience in related field . Additional background or certifications (i.e ISO9000/9001 TL9000) are desirable . Excellent written, oral and customer service-oriented skills .
