Responsibilities (Describe the essential daily job functions.)


1. Regulatory Inspection Support:

Assist in preparing for regulatory inspections by helping to gather necessary documentation and ensuring readiness. Provide support during inspections by coordinating tasks and assisting with data or document requests. Help in executing follow-up actions after inspections, such as tracking findings, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, and ensuring compliance.

2. Self-Inspection Support:

Support the team in conducting internal self-inspections to evaluate compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures. Assist in reviewing findings and help prepare reports or recommendations for improvement. Documentation and Reporting:

o Help maintain accurate records related to inspections and self-inspections, ensuring all information is well-documented and organized. o Assist with preparing and submitting reports regarding inspection readiness, findings, and follow-up actions.


3. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

Gain hands-on experience in quality compliance.

Contribute to identifying process improvements to streamline inspection readiness and follow-up actions.


4. Other responsibilities

Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements. Commitment to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behavior in accordance with Takeda's Code of Conduct. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
