Job Description
$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- To execute the policy of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
- Carry out effective internal quality audit and reliable inspection of incoming supplies work-in-progress, and finished parts/ components
- Keep track and validate of special quality requirements of customers, geometrical symbol, tolerances and dimensioning
- Leadership of supervision to provide guidance for fellow staff the standard of quality to achieve that improve customers and suppliers feedback on quality issues, complaints,
- Improve and maintain in-process quality control (IPQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC)
- To perform customer\'s supplier quality control standard and meet enquires pertaining to blueprint drawing quality specification and requirements
- Lead to report corrective actions for products COC, conforming / non-conforming components, corrective action request (CAR)
- Carry out to follow update and written procedures, SOP, work instructions, specifications, QSP reports
- Diploma / Higher Nitec in precision engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Proficient in 2D/3D dimensional inspection, geometric measurements and CMM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
