Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Process Engineer and Engineering team to define quality control (QC) requirements.
Create and document inspection criteria and quality plans.
Partner with the QA, Process, and Product teams to address and rectify quality issues.
Work with the Process team to conduct in-process and final quality control audits.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in an Electronics Product Manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) management.
Competence in quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, as well as FDA requirements.
Ability to comprehend IPC requirements in PCB Assembly and quality standards for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
Capable of effective communication with suppliers from China.
