Job Description
Job Summary:
- Company background: Singapore based Food & Beverages Manufacturing
- Working location: West
- Working days & hrs: 5 days (Mon - Fri) ; 8am to 5.30p.m.
- Salary Range: up to S$ 4,500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB
- Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT (8am reach)
- Ensure Sampling unit sent to MLS
- Manage the Production Spreadsheet for various products
- Prepare test request for production running for the 2 production plants
- Check the raw material spec / stock file and COA to standby to arrange for test before unstuffing
- Arrange for urgent draw sample upon unstuffing
- Monitor Test Results availability before production
- Send Spreadsheet for Approval
- Prepare and check all COA & HC, liaise with QCs and MLS
- Arrange for sampling staff to prepare Trial Sample and send to MLS on time
- Monitor Unstuffing for incoming cargo for urgent usage
- Ensure Trial Sample meet the required specifications of customers
- Ensure inventory stocks in the 2 plants are ready for production
- Ensure Raw Material Test results available before production.
- Ensure Final Copy of spreadsheet given to Batching Leader before start
- Ensure Production run smoothly
- Check Specifications upon completion of Finish Product
- Discuss with Management for forecast planning
- Covering duties during absence of team members
