  • Responsible for examining PCBAs, mechanical parts, components or finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Using various tools and equipment to perform measurements and inspections. These could include visual inspections and the use of specialized testing equipment.
  • To record and document inspection results, ensuring that any defects or non-conformities are properly noted.
  • Reporting any issues or defects found during inspection, notify relevant personnel such as product managers and supplier product quality managers.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for the proper maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Participate in internal or external audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of using measuring equipment (Height gauge, Vernier caliper, Smartscope)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP transactions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Willing to support overtime occasionally on evenings and/or weekends
Other Information:
  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • May be required to work in shifts when necessary.
  • Company shuttle bus is available at designated MRT stations.
