Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage lab equipment maintenance per established preventive maintenance schedule.
• Raise purchase request for PM activities as required.
• Update maintenance log for all QC equipment.
• Coordinate and manage equipment calibration and preventive maintenance with service provider and DCC.
• Coordinate, perform and manage equipment qualification activities.
• Monitor and manage QC consumable inventory and raise purchase request for QC consumable.
• Coordinate and point of contact between procurement, vendor and QC team.
• Manage Data archiving activities for QC.
• Manage shipment arrangement between warehouse and QC.
• Perform target qualification activities such as planning and financial reporting on target usage.
• Monitor and ensure target inventory is sufficient for QC testing.
• Manage controlled documents such as Department Operating Procedure to support QC activities.
• Ensure QC activities are perform in compliance with ISO13485 and MDSAP.
• Support QC Manager/designee in accomplishing QC tasks as assigned.

Education

• Minimum Diploma in Science related education.

Experience

• Min 1 year of QC experience and prior experience in handling lab consumable inventory, calibration & PM of equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Team Player
• Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of cGMP and QSR preferred.
