Our client is one of the leading players in the Semiconductor sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Quality Director to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Responsibilities of

Quality Director

:

QMS Strategy & Compliance:

Develop and lead the quality strategy in line with business goals. Maintain QMS effectiveness and compliance with ISO and relevant standards.

Policies & Standards:

Set and enforce company-wide quality policies and procedures. Regularly update them to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Audits & Certifications:

Conduct internal and supplier audits. Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain all required certifications.

Supplier Quality:

Oversee supplier quality programs. Collaborate with procurement on vendor assessments and material quality requirements.

Product Assurance:

Implement robust quality assurance and testing processes to ensure product specifications and performance expectations are met.

Performance Monitoring:

Define and track key quality KPIs. Report trends and improvement opportunities to senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

Lead improvement initiatives using tools like Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA to enhance product and process quality.

Customer Focus:

Work closely with sales and business teams to align quality efforts with customer needs. Manage and resolve customer quality concerns promptly.
Requirements:


Min Degree in engineering field Min 10 years of quality experience in equipment manufacturing industry Six Sigma certification Comprehensive experience of all quality management functions Comfortable to travel to overseas plants
