Quality Engineer [ 5 Days / Changi ]

Job Description
- Salary: $3,000 - $4,000
- Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)
- Working Hours: 8.15am - 6pm
- Changi North
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3 years of QC / QA experience in precision engineering manufacturing environment
- In charge of the company Master Calibration System for all equipment/gauges
- Responsible for maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) ie, ISO9001 & ISO13485
- Interpret technical drawing and analyze CMM inspection reports
- Understanding on measurement of the critical dimensions of the parts by CMM, micrometer, Vernier caliper, gauges, smart scope, roundness tester, microscopes etc
- Use of the Departmental Quality Systems, Smart QC, High QA and NCR module to perform day to day duties
- Generate Process Control Plan and FMEA with Engineering Team
- Generate Inspection Plans for Incoming, In-process and Outgoing Inspections
- Generate Work Instructions for inspection-related processes
- Responsible for scheduled maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment, jig and fixtures
- Responsible for maintaining Non-conforming Product Control (Reject Material Report) procedure. Analyze and review Reject Material Report (RMR) with Engineering / Production when non-conformance found. Work with Engineering/Production to resolve on any of the non-conformance found
