Job Description

- Position Title: Quality Engineer / QA Supervisor
- Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Pioneer MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
- Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,000
- Duration: Permanent
- Responsible for supervising, advising and coaching Quality Inspectors
- Responsible for organising and deploying Quality control resources
- Monitoring, auditing and assessing inspection processes
- Attend to supplier or customer quality issues and prepare reports after defect analysis and investigation
- Focus on improvement activities towards continuous quality improvements
- Ensuring all inspection equipment are well maintained
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
- At least 3 years of related working experience, preferably in the inspection of fabrication and machining parts.
- Prior working experience in manufacturing/ engineering/ machining and inspection techniques is essential
- Experience in CMM programming
- Able to read and interpret the GD&T print of assembly, machining and fabrication drawings, P&ID
- Excellent IT skills in Visual Basic / Micro / PPT / Word
- Qualification in welding Inspector or welding NDT will be a plus
