: The Client is a global aerospace company. Responsibilities:
Ensure product and process quality by maintaining the quality management system and complying with relevant regulations and customer requirements.
Update and improve quality procedures and control instructions.
Address non-conformance issues with customers, vendors, and suppliers, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize quality-related costs.
Conduct internal audits to assess the quality system, products, and processes (ISO9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP).
Perform audits of vendors and on-site as needed.
Adhere to customer and regulatory standards.
Work to reduce monthly costs associated with poor quality and scrap.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience with ISO9001 / AS9100 Quality Management System and NADCAP.
Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and the 5-whys methodology.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
?Familiarity with NADCAP processes like heat treatment, non-conventional machining, shot peening, and chemical processing is a plus.
