The Client is a global aerospace company.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure product and process quality by maintaining the quality management system and complying with relevant regulations and customer requirements.

• Update and improve quality procedures and control instructions.

• Address non-conformance issues with customers, vendors, and suppliers, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize quality-related costs.

• Conduct internal audits to assess the quality system, products, and processes (ISO9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP).

• Perform audits of vendors and on-site as needed.

• Adhere to customer and regulatory standards.

• Work to reduce monthly costs associated with poor quality and scrap.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience with ISO9001 / AS9100 Quality Management System and NADCAP.

• Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and the 5-whys methodology.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and attention to detail.

• ?Familiarity with NADCAP processes like heat treatment, non-conventional machining, shot peening, and chemical processing is a plus.
