This position will have the opportunity to work with advanced Additive Manufacturing technologies in the Innovation Hub (iHUB) established under the support of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). The incumbent will be stretched to learn new skills and deploy the technologies into the Global Environment as well as in Singapore Operations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Works under minimal supervision under the direction of the Additive Manufacturing Quality Manager with a dotted line to the iHub AM Lead to assist with the development and implementation of program quality plans and procedures
- Maintain product quality be ensuring quality policies and procedures are followed
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at cost reduction or process improvement
- Monitor and update process metrics to ensure quality, cost and delivery goals are met
- Support internal and external audits
- Manage equipment calibration program, manage database and coordinating external suppliers
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Science or Engineering
Minimum years of experience in the role: 3 years of quality experience
Preferred skills:
The successful candidate should have proven expertise/education in Additive Manufacturing.
The candidate must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment focused on quality and have demonstrated both verbal and written communication skills. * Experience with ISO9001:2015, AS9100, or NADCAP
- Basic understanding of SAP
