Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review the Associated Part Processing Method (APPM) & Job Instruction Sheet (JIS) and ensure to meet the Engineering Print requirements Review the Tolerance Chart and ensure to meet the final requirements of the component upon stock removal. Review Inspection Plans, Inspection Gauges, Equipment, Methods & Techniques. Prepare & review First Article Inspection (FAI) Report Forms Ballooned E/P as per AS9102. Design the gauge, to meet the process requirement. Assist in ordering new Gauges. Preparing Document of FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Chart. Preparing PPAP.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering Candidate with Quality Background in Precision Engineering Able to use all types of standard & specialize gauges (CMM) and good judgment when applying during inspection planning Tool and gauge planning Good knowledge in GD& T and interpretation Able interpret engineering print & the specifications Knowledge in gauge designing PPAP & FAI documentation * Exposure to modeling & drafting in NX
