• To manage and monitor the full compliance with all applicable Quality Management system as a certificated Repair station for various regulatory agencies.

• Review and update manuals, procedures and other documents to maintain the Quality Management System

• Handle all calibration matters for equipment and test rigs between suppliers and Operations/ Engineering

• Archive maintenance records into storage

• Performs internal and external quality audits in accordance with established procedures and provides close follow-up to ensure effective and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions

• Conducts internal investigations into quality escapes and work with the relevant department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  Conducts airworthiness regulatory and Human Factors training for all employees as assigned
• Establish and manage all MRO key processes, work instructions and forms.

• Oversee the special processes in the organisation

• Liaise with training lead to establish an effective training and qualification system to track training records and authorisations.

• Actively involved in Continuous Improvement (CI) events and contributing to improvements in work processes and quality
• Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Aeronautical, aerospace related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of aviation experiences working in a Part 145 MRO with 2 years in Quality related role.

• Achieved a pass in the local L11/ L12/ M10 or EASA M10 exam

• Has a deep working understanding, conversant air legislations like CAAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC, JCAB, CAAT, CAAM, CAAV, DGCA Indonesia requirements

• Applicants who have attained ISO9001/ AS9110 internal auditor trainings and knowledge in internal/ supplier/ audits

• Strong analytical and investigation background in warranty investigation and 8D/ RRCA processes

• Good team-player to communicate well and work with other functions to write procedures
