Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to oversee the performance of the inspectors.

What Will You Do

• To oversee the performance of the inspectors
• To be responsible to review and approve mill cert for turnkey job.
• To review Delivery Order (DO) and farmout Certificate of Conformance (COC).
• To initiate NCR & SQN for Non-Conformance parts and follow up for closure.
• To be responsible for initiating NOI for 3rd party inspection.
• To review customer specification including DBI, specs, etc.
• To be responsible for SMDR submission and monitoring status.
• To handle customer complaints and follow up for closure of CPAR
• To follow up on all corrective actions as well as verification of effectiveness
• To be responsible to log in and monitor customer log gauge
• To conduct internal/external audits and ensure quality system is adhered to
• To support for supplier assessment and audit
• To provide QC technical support
• To oversee safety aspects of machining plant
• To conduct risk assessments
• To be in charge of fire safety
• To handle external audits for Safety
• To backup for ITP and FIR preparation
• To backup for scanning document for submission to customer
• To backup for preparing drift master-list and prepare drift report
• To support internal calibration

What Do We Want

• Must have at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management Engineering.
• Have knowledge in Quality controls and assurance.
• Have knowledge in Calibration.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
