Job Description
Job Duties
- Quality control for incoming and outgoing goods
- Quality reporting and provide root cause analysis and Corrective Action Report (CAR) report to customer
- Prepare First Article (FA) which include creating technical drawing using Solid Edge and FA report
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments and internal team to meet project deliverables
- Engage customers and/or suppliers on matters relating to product quality issues
- Support team in overall customer feedback on product quality
- Assist in package testing and other tasks in in-house test laboratory
- Support internal, 3rd party or customers quality system and/or process audits
- Degree in Engineering, Science or other related field required
- Understanding of quality engineering and its processes, knowledge of industrial packaging solutions will be an added advantage
- Work experience with Solid Edge or other AutoCAD drawing tools
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
