Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3 years of QC / QA experience in precision engineering manufacturing environment will be preferred Able to interpret technical drawings, knowledgeable in MS Excel and work experience in GD&T, CMM and Mini-Tab Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques such as Gage R&R, CPK, DOE will be advantage Responsibilities : In charge of the company Master Calibration System for all equipment/gauges Responsible for maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) ie, ISO9001 & ISO13485 Interpret technical drawing and analyze CMM inspection reports Understanding on measurement of the critical dimensions of the parts by CMM, micrometer, Vernier caliper, gauges, smart scope, roundness tester, microscopes etc Use of the Departmental Quality Systems, Smart QC, High QA and NCR module to perform day to day duties Generate Process Control Plan and FMEA with Engineering Team Generate Inspection Plans for Incoming, In-process and Outgoing Inspections Generate Work Instructions for inspection-related processes Responsible for scheduled maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment, jig and fixtures Responsible for maintaining Non-conforming Product Control (Reject Material Report) procedure.Analyze and review Reject Material Report (RMR) with Engineering / Production when non-conformance found. Work with Engineering/Production to resolve on any of the non-conformance found Handle Customer complaints and perform CAPA analysis using 5-Why methodology Provide CAPA back to the customers within 5 working days whenever there are any quality issues arise Provide fast response (within one working day) to customer related matters upon request Generate periodic quality performance data and analyze for Continual Improvement Use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to analyze, establish and monitor manufacturing processes are in control Perform First Article Inspection report and buyoff with the customers Perform Source Inspection with the customers as requested Complete work and task assign by the superiors within the timeline given Perform ad hoc duties as requested
