- Working Location: East
- To lead the quality improvements through working with all relevant department and supplier on the Kaizen activities.
- To understand customer manufacturing quality requirement & align with the business agreement so as to work effectively with all suppliers to achieve KPI target for the line rejection.
- Perform analysis on internal defects and drive improvements from relevant departments to achieve quality KPI.
- To work with MRB team on the OSV activities so as to meet supplier\'s requests before any RMA / RTV process
- To support Quality System Lead in ISO implementation for the company
- To collaborate with internal team and provide support to Quality System Lead in all certifications requirement for the products as stated by customer
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to handle customer complaint and resolve quality issue
- Familiar with ISO9000/ ISO14000/ QMS/ Lean Manufacturing/ MRB.
