• Plan, supervise and execute projects and tasks based on the objective set by Management.
• Solve and prevent problem occurrence and to increase customer satisfaction on Product Quality.
• Perform quality, environment, and water efficiency system maintenance in the company.
• Support in maintaining & upkeep ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF1694, ISO 17025 and ISO 13485 and ISO 46001 in the company.
• Understand company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality, Environment, Water Efficiency and OH&S Policy and Objectives, Environment aspects and impacts, Safety news, Safety risk assessment, Information Security risks, etc.
• Perform internal QEMS and WEMS audit and coordination with internal department for external QEMS and WEMS audit, provide support for customer audit and perform vendor audit.
• Monitoring production department quality failure cost.
• Perform calibration & maintenance of x-ray machine, ensure good housekeeping of X-ray equipment\xe2\x80\x99s area, and update monthly schedule report of x-ray machine.

• Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years experiences in quality assurance, preferably with experience in supplier management and product qualification.
• Strong understanding of automotive 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) and good working knowledge of Minitab or JMP application will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge of 8D problem solving tools (Fishbone diagram, 5-Why, etc.) is preferred.
