Job Description

Job Summary:

• Salary: $3,000 - $3,200

• 5 days; 8am - 5pm

• Location: Gul Way

• VB + Medical Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring operators accurately record quality data in Quality Test Reports (QTR)

• Conducting random inspections (receiving, in-process, and final) and updating records

• Preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA) for customer deliveries

• Implementing \xe2\x80\x9c5S\xe2\x80\x9d and food safety requirements on the production floor

• Conducting various tests (Drop Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test, Leak Proof Test, etc.) for IBC products

• Preparing design and test reports, and managing product samples for HQ

• Following and enforcing Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures

• Assisting with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and customer audit requirements

• Training new employees on safety and quality standards

Additional Information:

• Min Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Engineering

• Possess 3-4 years of experience in QA and QC in Plastic packaging
