Perform routine quality checks & inspections on all incoming products
Conduct sensory evaluations for existing, re-formulated & new products
Generate QC reports and maintaining quality assurance records
Ensuring products adherence to Singapore food regulations
Report non-conformances to superior / person-in-charge for investigation & corrective action
Resolve quality issues / customer feedbacks with the team
Support R&D projects & assist in samples preparation
Provide food quality & food safety related assistance to other departments (i.e. marketing)
Second point of contact for product certifications / documents request
Any other related duties as assigned by superior
