Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor quality team
- Develop and improve quality framework and standard operating procedures
- Drive projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with Food Quality, Safety & Hygiene standards and requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology or equivalent
- Good understanding of SFA, FSSC / ISO 22K, GMP, HACCP, Halal and other food related requirements and regulations in Singapore
- Good interpersonal skills and good team player
