YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Integrated Management System (ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015) within CEVA Singapore, in collaboration with the QMS division.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices to safeguard the well-being of employees, protect the environment, and enhance overall operational excellence.
  • Collaborates with various departments to promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Point of liaison between the Regional QHSE for local QHSE deployment adhering to Global QHSE Policy.
  • Support other countries in APAC region, as and when required, to share and to leverage best practices.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

IMS Certification and Maintenance
  • Conduct annual audits to ensure compliance of the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Management Systems to the requirements of the ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), regulatory authorities & customers and implement corrective / preventive actions as necessary.
  • Conduct periodic audits as and when required by the customers.
  • Conduct annual IMS management review, as per the IMS standards, including GHO KPI.
Health and Safety
  • Design, implement, and manage occupational health and safety programs to prevent workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Environmental Management
  • Develop and maintain environmental management systems to minimize the organization\'s impact on the environment.
  • Implement sustainable practices, waste reduction initiatives, and resource conservation programs.
  • Compile sustainability data and upload to SAVE (Global).
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace, processes, and product, ensuring to adhere to local HSE regulatory.
  • Propose and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of incidents.
  • Ensure risk profile is reviewed and updated together with the respective business units/operations.
Incident Reporting and Investigation
  • Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Document detailed incident reports and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Compile LTIR and LSIR to be shared to Regional QHSE monthly meeting.
Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and review documentation necessary to meet customers\' requirements, meet Site SCA, meet new business implementation through Pre-Go-Live Audit exercise.
Site Visit and Audits
  • Conduct periodic site inspections and audits to ensure that work activities are carried out in safe manner and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct supplier periodic audits to ensure that suppliers are adhering to CEVA QHSE and customer requirements.
Reporting
  • Prepare Quarterly, and monthly report to update to the stakeholders the country QHSE performance, trends, improvement and support needed.
  • Document meeting minutes as and when required, as evidence of regulated consultation and participations of workers, including site\'s Tool Box meeting.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in HSE & Quality Management ideally with the logistics industry in similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge in ISO standards, preferably qualified lead auditor.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic.
  • Act as focal point for logistics related escalations and complaints, and all other quality matters.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
