The role is invloving in product quality inspection and documentation review associated with the manufacturing process.
As a Quality Inspector/Asscociate, you will be responsible for:

• Performing product quality inspection and documentation review (receiving, in process & outgoing) to ensure the products meet applicable specifications
• Performing CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming for new part numbers and CMM inspection for running products
• Performing gages management and control/setup/calibration to make sure they are ready for use and meet the applicable standards
• Driving shop quality control and the implementation of ITP including the client/TPI engagement and outsourced process vendor management
• Managing product non conformance by using Non Conformance System, follow up closure and suggest improvement and issue resolutions
• Coordinating with relevant teams to meet organization goals and objectives
• Demonstrating capability in Cycle time reduction. E.g by CMM program, process improvement

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education.
• Display a good ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Be Subject Matter expert in CMM measurement capability
• Provide gauges/fixture and measurement method relative to GD&T requirement
• Have experience working with metrology hand tools and gauges
• Be detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems
• Have permanent work authorization to be able to work in Singapore
