Quality Inspector
Job Description
(A) Primary Function 1) Perform daily inspection tasks designated by the supervisor 2) Perform hourly in-process inspection and report abnormality/raise NCMR if necessary 3) Perform outgoing inspection/out of box audit 4) Maintain all quality inspection reports. (B) Duties and Responsibilities 1) Perform daily inspection task as designated by the supervisor 2) Perform daily/hourly process audit according to the procedure. 3) Report any abnormality of the process to the immediate Supervisor and raise NCMR 4) Issue Stop Shipment Order and Stop Machine Order when the processes are out of control. 5) Maintain all inspection records. 6) Maintain proper housekeeping in the assigned area daily 7) Always adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice Requirements: 1) Minimum secondary school level. 2) Able to use some QC equipment. 3) 3 vacancies (one of the shifts: 5-day night shift Mon to Fri 11pm to 7am; 5.5-day afternoon shift Mon to Fri 3pm to 11pm, Sat 1pm to 7pm; 5.5-day early shift Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm, Sat 7am to 1pm). 4) Feeder bus service from Woodlands Bus Interchange, 3 stops away from Woodlands MRT. 5) Basic salary up to S$1800 + OT + shift allowance + attendance allowance + AWS Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1,000.00 - $1,800.00 per month
