The position consists of these main tasks (but is not exclusive to):
Perform reconciliation towards quality claims from global customers
Assist in following up on investigations initiated by Quality Engineer into shipping and logistics non conformances with the support of 3PL warehouse staff
Acknowledge quality claims from customers through corrective action request (CAR/NCR): evaluate, verify and disseminate information to respective departments.
Ensure prompt follow-up and replies on claims.
Assist customers in on solving quality matters; discuss and feedback on any improvement where necessary
Adhoc job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
General knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles
Documented education within the quality area an advantage
Experienced MS Office user
Speak and write fluently in English
Believe and emphasize the term Safety First
Analytical skills
Ability to collaborate within and outside the department and division
Effective communications in all interactions (internal and external).
Proactive approach in daily work
