You will be responsible for facilitating and driving the statistical applications and SPC/MSA systems.What you will be working on:\xc2\xb7 Review the calibration periodic interval and extension frequency.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and report calibration status periodically (on-time calibration etc).\xc2\xb7 Calibration records management\xc2\xb7 Create, maintain and coordinate activities pertaining to calibration standards\xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate with calibration vendors and subcontractors\xc2\xb7 Facilitate the SPC & MSA and all related activities and projects\xc2\xb7 Develop, implement SPC and MSA assessment and monitoring to evaluate the adequacy of these systems and implementation effectiveness\xc2\xb7 Generate key indices to drive corrective and preventive actions\xc2\xb7 Identify, propose appropriate quality training program & structure and conduct identified quality and statistical related training program required to support the organization\xc2\xb7 Identify improvement opportunities in quality related functions and develop solutions to drive productivity, including automation projectsMore About You:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Statistics/ Data Analytics or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Practitioner in Quality Tools application eg., Basic 7QC Tools, FMEA, Statistical Tools such as SPC, DOE, regression, 8D etc.\xc2\xb7 Wafer fab experience will be an added advantage\xc2\xb7 Familiar with the Statistical and Analytics Software eg., JMP or other equivalent\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft business applications\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skillsSSMC is committed to equal employment opportunities and abides by the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP).
