Manage all quality procedures and GLP, PHMC/HCSA, ISO 15189, GDP & CAP standards in relation to the Pathology and Clinical Laboratory activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsible for management of non-conformances, (deviations, complaints, and quality investigations) and related corrective and preventive actions through to resolution.
Identify regulatory and quality training needs, and delivering training as needed.
Leads liaison with regulatory bodies and key partners on audit, regulatory, and quality related matters and to provide guidance and advice to clients, business partners and internal associates on regulatory and quality matters.
Identification of facilities and equipment requiring validation and qualification, and the review and approvals of validation related protocols and reports.
Identify areas of risk and provide input on an effective QA oversight plan to mitigate the identified risk.
Create and revise departmental SOPs and guidelines as required.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with PHMC/HCSA regulations and MOH/ISO inspections is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
