Job Summary



The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all manufacturing processes, products, and systems meet company and regulatory quality standards. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) to ensure continuous improvement, compliance, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS)



Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QMS in compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). Establish and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement targets. Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits by clients or certification bodies.

2. Process & Product Quality Control



Oversee inspection and testing activities across all manufacturing stages. Ensure all raw materials, in-process, and finished goods meet required specifications. Investigate and resolve product quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

3. Documentation & Compliance



Maintain proper documentation of quality reports, audit findings, and certifications. Ensure compliance with local and international manufacturing and safety regulations. Prepare quality reports and analyses for management review.

4. Continuous Improvement



Drive initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product consistency. Support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies. Collaborate with R&D and Production teams on new product development and validation.

5. Team Leadership



Lead, train, and mentor the QA/QC team. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Coordinate cross-department communication to ensure alignment on quality goals.

Requirements



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality control or assurance. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA methodologies, and SPC tools. Experience with root cause analysis, FMEA, and CAPA. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.
