Quality Operations Intern (api)

Job Description
With the digitalization of API batch record review from manual batch records to electronic batch record, the intern will assist to assess how batch record review process can be improved to remove over-processing waste. For example, execution/exception data can be generated from POMSnet database for analysis to capture potential non-Right First Time instances.
- To remove manual update of batch tracker (for make, test, release and shipment)
- To digitalise the batch record for Venetoclax from manual to electronic (using Delta-V, POMSnet and/or SAP solution)
- To streamline batch review process to only review by exception
- To play an active role in site digitalisation initiative
- To participate in delivering the digitalisation solution
- To be the voice of Quality Operations (API) in ensuring user requirements are met
- To coordinate inputs from cross-functional team (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, QC)
- Final year studenta, in Chemical Engineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering or any related discipline
- Good knowledge of computer system software
- Good information-gathering skills
- Independent, inquisitive and meticulous
- Commitment to complete assigned tasks and escalate as necessary
