About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Quality Operations Lead to oversee and manage quality standards across complex infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality frameworks, ensure compliance with internal and international standards, and provide guidance and training to operational teams to maintain consistent excellence.





Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality frameworks, inspection procedures, and control plans in alignment with international standards and client requirements. Manage quality inspections, testing, and documentation across all project stages, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure work complies with design specifications and quality standards. Oversee inspection processes for incoming materials, in-progress works, mock-ups, and final handovers. Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and third-party inspectors during audits and site reviews. Lead non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate records of quality documentation, checklists, and test reports for handover. Support project commissioning, validation, and operational readiness in controlled or critical environments. Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to team members to ensure consistent quality practices. Participate in risk assessments, method statement reviews, and quality-focused meetings.

Requirements



Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or operational oversight, ideally in technical or critical infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and auditing procedures. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and specialized systems is advantageous. Proficient in documentation control, audit preparation, and quality tracking tools. Proactive attitude with strong ethical standards. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with capacity to work independently and lead teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
