Maintain and update documents and records on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 AND ISO 13485 system
Establish and maintain proper documentation control & distribution
Conduct internal and external audits. Ensure readiness of all sections for both 3rd party certification body and customer audits.
Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies in conducting audits
Generate monthly report/summary of OQA rejects, customer returns, RMA, external and internal 8D and revised specs and procedures.
Review and update Quality Management System procedures to meet the quality system requirements.
Ensure system compliance & preparations for Management Review
Review audit findings and develop action plans
Manage internal and external corrective action reports (CAR)
Plan and conduct periodic system audits and participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance.
Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for instruments and equipment.
Direct and head internal audit programs by reviewing procedures, while recommending improvements for all internal audit policies and procedures
Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experiences in QMS and ISO 9001 audit, preferably in manufacturing industries.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality system
Knowledge in preparing FMEA and Control Plans.
