Job information:

• Salary: Basic up-to $3,200
• Location: Alexandra
• Shifts: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to issues in the Distribution Centre that affect the on-time shipment and customer satisfaction, implementing the necessary corrective actions
• Assist in the execution and response of purges, inspection flags, interruptions, CARs, deviations, material review board (MRB) items in a timely manner
• Support the ISO9001 program at the Distribution Centre, including internal auditing
• Support and facilitate continuous improvement activities across departments
• Ensure 100% compliance to RMA (RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION) return policy and ensure customers are correctly invoiced if they are not compliant
• Fulfill RMA and Sales Loaner requests
• Receive returned RMA and Sales Loaner orders.
• Support Out of Warranty and Spare Parts Processes for key customers
• Purchase Order creation as necessary
• Maintain product services inventory (finished goods, end of life inventory, sales loaner inventory) and participate in inventory cycle counts and reconciliation.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years\' experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution center environments
• Exposure to quality tools and techniques such root cause and corrective actions
• Familiarity with quality management system, including ISO9001/14001
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience work in SAP is a plus
• Singaporeans only.
